American Soldier (WIP)
« on: 03-10-2011, 05:10:29 »
This is a Soldier that I have been working on for some time now and was just wanting to post this to show you guys to get some feedback on it so that I can make this better.
The base of the Soldier is from the 3ds max 2012 essentials book witch has you make a SWAT soldier so I just added on and tweaked it.

It´s sooo shiny looks like an Wax Puppet.

I wonder what exactly you did ::) Who is able to make Photoshop Textures and maybe bakes from highpoly should be able to render good samples. But this are totally weird samples.

Model looks very detailed but I agree with the post above saying that it looks too shiny.
Keep it up!

I would like to add that if any of the Devs would like my model I would be more then happy to send them to you so you could change them, mod them, anything you can think of really.

You should just apply as a modeler. About the model: It is nice but
1. There already are American infantry player models
2. Rucksacks and stuff like that are done per kit mesh in BF2
