It is simple, you guys need a cause to rally behind the boss nowadays. Kirchner gave you this, and the new guy gave you that. The same thing an Indonesian presidential did during the election. That candidate already pointed fingers at "responsible parties" even before the investigation started, stirring the public opinion into his cause.

Nobody is paying attention to South America anymore. So their economy is going down the drains. Some people need to re-invent their national vigour. Sadly, this is where we come together. Our backward third world countries are still aching over the loss like East Timor or Islas Malvinas. Yes, Indonesian government started apologising for Papuans, that's quite an improvement for third world nations who mostly prefers to self-victimise themselves. But then, our refusal to admit that something wrong has been done in East Timor is quite in the contrary. On the other hand, we did it with US approval (and money). True, but we are also a consenting party, we should partially took the blame and endure the shame, let the US be the irresponsible coward in this case.

Our next nationalism project is this rich boy, who doesn't see himself being used by some Indonesian nazi-wannabes to promote their own nationalism senses. The poor guy just wanted to race, and therefore looking for a sponsorship in the most business-savvy way. Yet, many bloggers portrayed him as the "talented but forgotten hero" that upholds our reputation in international stage.

I don't think many Indonesians understand Formula 1, or even the irony of our golden boy being a "pay driver".

I didn't realise plastic toy guns are called "modern rifles" nowadays. If the caliber isn't at least 7.62, it doesn't count as a gun:

World Cup 2022 being hosted by "slavers", well two wrongs don't make things right. Yes, the living place for the migrant workers was awful, but I think it is more or less the same with what they have back home. The worst part should be how they were lied, ripped off, not being paid, and restricted too much. I know, because a lot of our house maids experienced more or less the same situation in those lands.

The funny part:

Squalid labour camp conditions?

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-32775563
Construct the following:

comfortable villas for construction workers, with swimming pools, gyms and welfare officers.

Typical reaction from rich banana republics. In the developing world, probably only former CIS countries and East Asian countries that will respond in similar manner.

Anyway, I still get the sense that old Victorian-era European magnates do have this old-world colonialist corrupt mentality. They seemed to have no qualms working with shady third world dictators and corrupt regimes for the sake of profit, you know the FIFA, FIA, and the likes. At least the neo-nazis are more honest in their world view than these closet racist old rich guys.

So I'm a bit of a DIY-guy, and wanted to have an H-shifter to accompany my steering wheel when playing driving games, so I decided to build one myself using assorted wooden bits, some aluminium bits and an Arduino Micro and guess what: it works (almost) like a charm! It also has an analogue handbrake. I'm planning on adding a potentiometer with a switch to make it into a handbrake that also has a switch built into it for games that don't support an analogue handbrake as well as a clutch pedal.

After the workout. Before you workout you need energy. Energy is in carbohydrates. 1-2 hours before you train you should eat a portion of oatmeal, noodles etc.

During the course of the training your muscles get small cracks and later need protein to build up.

Though tbh I don´t see much of a problem eating the protein before your workout as long as you have a sufficient and steady supply of both carbohydrates and protein.

You dont necessarily need to eat protein before or after training if ur not a bodybuilder. Make sure your general intake of protein is high enough throughout the entire day.
