I get a virus warning when clicking your link.

other than that: Nice, I didn't know they had winter skins in (or did you skin that Panther?)
I guess the ardennes really are the next scenario  ;)

The link is the National Museum of Military History of Luxembourg, my KAV2009 doesn't report anything on that.

And yes I skinned the Panther, trees, bushes and some buildings to make them look good

Yeah, weird, the site doesn't seem like some virus breeding ground. Probably my anti vir program acting up.

The map looks very nice, although the undergrowth looks a bit weird, usually the grass is sort of hidden under the snow. Now it looks like it has been shock frosted over night.

Perhaps use the undergrowth for stuff like this:

Depends oh weather and how much snow there is.

Today forenoon all the grass was white here, looked pretty much like that except it isn't winter yet so everything wasn't white.

That sort of gives me an idea: would it be possible to create a new undergrowth type that is simply... snow? That way soldiers would sink in a bit, if you understand what I mean.

Good idea Ts4EVER, thank you again. I'm going to give it a try about the "snow" undergrowth, and of course everything is created in map!

Definitely one of the most impressive and promising maps to have been posted in the now-flourishing modding section.

Hey powerz awsome looking map, i dont know what is but im always draw to snow/artic maps since you hardly seen them in games. Best looking map ive seen in a long time.

Just wondering how do u skin trees and buidlings? I know how to for soldiers and vehicles.
Could you send me your winter skins, ill give you full credit. Becuase I was thinking of making a winter map too but didnt have the winter statics. Thanks

Those undergrowth colors can be a nightmare, when it always matches the color of the terrain below.
I tried making a jungle map (EoD) , using overgrowth for trees and undergrowth for the shrubs. And the under growth just turned out really brown, since it was matching the color of my terrain (brown leaves).
I wonder if it is possible to make a undergrowth texture that isnt effected by the terrain.

Keep up the excellent work, cant wait to see more of this map.
