If this update is real, I have to say I love those planes. Been looking forward to seeing the latter especially. Would love to see this fly just over the ground on some NA map. Or in some already existing maps where some of the planes are static and some can be flown.

Funny enough, what I love most about new planes, is hearing their unique engines roar and the sound of the guns going buurrrrp.

one thing I don't get about this april fools update here...
If it's real everybody will just shrug and think 'nice planes but which map will they'll be used?'
if it's not real everybody will just shrug and think 'allright, too bad, but those will sure come in a year or so'
some other may of course just shrug and say something like 'I didn't like italian assets anyway'

what's the deal?

edit: or would it just be a way to piss off theta, the one guy who's already pissed off because they didn't add a cr.42 falco now that they were at it?

You are focusing on the day so much that you are not realizing you may just have gotten 2-count em 2 aircrafts added to the arsenal, and the first 2 aircrafts for the Italian faction in its 4 years of being in the mod. I feel a great injustice has been done to the hardworking devs who spent their effort into modeling and coding the damn things simply because they chose to show it on 1st April  ::)

Would you rather the Italians faced an enemy with aircrafts and didnt have one themselves?

I miss the day people were so excited to have a new aircraft for a faction that didnt have one.

Do you really think they would have the big ammount of work in creating 2 new airplane models, texture, code and export them and then saying it was a April's fool ?

Dumb people are dumb.... jeez....  IQ values in FH forums is lower than i thought.

Cool! This is what makes FH awesome! Rare gaming stuffs, educate those lazy bums about WW2.

Anyway,

That MC.200 with its slightly outdated Gnome-Rhône 14 cylinder derived radial engines offer no real challenge to anyone. Yeah, it can perform awesome aerobatic maneuvers. But as agile as garden slug are, they are too slow to fight the opposition. Not to mention FH2's cockpit system (no nose cam), which makes cramped plane cockpits like those Italians fighter even feel worse. Nevertheless, these planes are specialist's items, in the hand of capable pilots, they could be an annoying opponent.

But hipster gaming or historical community always praised the underdogs more than its actual capability, let alone its reputation.
