This round startet without any outstanding things, but then, I managed some awesome things with the Garand. Unfortunately, we lost this round.

Exactly, that is Point de Hoc in all his glamour. The combat there is always verry aggressive. With the  queen of rifles, the M1 Garand, you can dominate against the Germans with their K98 (which is not bad!).

We had a good start. We held the US in the palm of our hands, but then they managed to counter-attack us from all sides, it was tense but in the end, we had to retreat to the airfield where we got shelled by enemy arty and fly-by's from enemy planes.

I run FH2 at the highest settings. I have the "ASUS NVidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB" video card. Good enough to run the old games (BF2 is the newest game I play, I think.)

To remove the HUD (including the aiming reticle), I type '`' (tilde) to get the console, then type "renderer.drawhud 0".

(To turn it back on, I type "renderer.drawhud 1")

For making images smaller just add (for an example) "width=750".

Like this: put "[img width=750]" at the beginning instead of "[img]".

You just have to marvel at the FH2 dev's beauty sometimes, all this work was out of bounds too. Literally unnoticed by the player if he didn't know it was there.
