Let us now hope this Zooka can penetrate the frontal armor of PZIV and stugs AS IT SHOULD be

pfff ... then there is not the SLIGHTEST justification for a sherman to stand a panzerfaust shot or even a regular PIV shell.
And neither should the PZIV frontal armor be invurnable for the 75mm oh and the stug aswel

Please, i can continue with this

<cough>  Real world effects were much different than what the factories said it should do.  The Zook rounds were ACTUALLY only capable of penetrating about 50-60mm of armour, and the M9 I imagine, while better, still was NOT the 120mm or so that is quoted in the update.
Yet still enough to penetrate the PZIV/Stug frontally

Im not saying that it should 1s1k them. But there's plenty of times that a PZIV/Stug got destroyed by a bazooka frontally
Awaiting that theta says something about german steel quality in 44 ...
Shall i? because i learned even more the past months
And neither should the PZIV frontal armor be invurnable for the 75mm oh and the stug aswel
All game penetrations are based on 500m.  At that range, M3 gun with AP ammo can penetrate only 73mm RHA.  Since as a rule, weakened armour is not taken into effect, the PzIV hull will remain invulnerable.  Don't like that?  Tough.  I don't want to see this brought up again or you will start to lose man points.

Anyhow, I just thought I'd point out that while the PzIV has thicker frontal armour than the Sherman ingame, it also has fewer hitpoints - which means that comparisons between things killing them are more complicated.
Wait, FH2 penetration rule was 1000meters?
Oooooh Springfield!!

Now vz.24! :D

Nope, if you looks at which materials are assigned to each projectile, you find it to be 500m values.  1000m values would be needlessly low, 100m needlessly high.

Nice update!

I totally forgot the springfield rifle, nice some bolt action with us troops  :)
And never heard about the M9 bazooka, come to think of it, i always thought that the bazooka in cod united offensive was a fake, but it seems it was the m9.

M1903A1 has interchangeable sight stud (end of barrel) ? I notice there's a few pics out there of a round, cylinder sight. Could be another production batch or something.

The M9 was electrically fired ? I never knew this. Hearing of the Bazooka is part of my childhood although I'm not sure where it first came up .... probably from heroic war films. If it's really electrically fired it sounds almost hi-tec, but let's face it it's really just an elaborate firework firing down a tube.

is it just me or the 1903 seems redone from scratch compared to SethSoldier's sniper version - Or is it just reskinned? And the aiming apparatus has changed.

Love to use that zook, although I prefer the 1903 - One of my favorites, besides the mouser. But infantry rockets and tank destruction generally put me off, especially the uber ones. Still, this zook looks more serious than the m1a1, moor badass

The sniper version is not the same rifle version as the rifle you see in the update,

Sniper version: 1903A4
Rifle version: 1903A3A1 according to the news if it not, il will be the 1903A3 so the point is, it's not the same rifle model :)

;) nobody will ever see the difference of the stock. All the models are based on the same model (they were done at the same time)

M1903 A1, M1903 A3, M1903 A4 are in FH2 btw. A1 and A4 was used in all the front. A2 was more rare but was also present on some fronts

Yes,electrically fired. It had a wire connected to the rocket, which you had to return when you reloaded the Zook. At least that is what I know. Also saw that on Brothers in Arms.

M1903 and A1 usually had straight pistol grips, but some rifles had the A3 C-type grip. M1903A4 is basically just an A3 with iron sights replaced by a scope. And btw, A3 sights are diopter sights, whereas A1 and standard M1903 have tangent leaf sight similar to Mosin-Nagants and K98. A2 doesn't even have a stock, because it just had the action and barrel with mountings, so that it could be put into artillery pieces for short range training, originally intended for 3 inch coastal guns.
I'd rather play Kimble with my ass!

Wow the bazooka and a rifle that was already in the game but without a scope!

Maybe decide on some new gameplay improvements FH2 dev team?
