So, I downloaded and installed Project Brazil. The intro was very well made as well as the launcher letting you choose betweeen vFO and PB.
Dr. Rossman though seems to be bugged somehow (at least for me) He always tells me to "just finish the test" which I have already done.
I don't want to fail at the very first quest :/

Project Brazil is for FO3, or for New Vegas?

I have a heavily modified Fallout New Vegas with tons of new items (mostly weapons and three or four armours) and it worked just fine.

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/47632//? I'm gonna try this now.

Project Brazil was kinda short. Maybe I missed something BUT: Very well made Vault, very detailed and I got lost once or twice. The storyline was enjoyable too and I liked the idea of that dream. Character voices are done pretty well, especially for a mod. There are some bugs and moments where there is text but no sound but I'm completley ok with that. One time, someon lost a close friend I think and the voice actor was not that convincing, I had to laugh but rest assured, this only happened once or twice.
Other than that, I did not want to explore that outside world until there are some quests in it. I don't want to spoil it for me. The part I saw was pretty solid apart from usual plants and trees hovering from time to time but the main game has the same issues and was done by professionals. All in all, I can say I really look forward for the second installment.

The bug with Dr. Rossman was my fault, I simply did not install that DLC fix. Well, I thought I had it installed, but I did not actually.

And? What's your opinion of it? I've heard many people complaining about this game saying that Fallout 3 was so much better. Do you own the DLCs?

People are expecting NV to be Fallout 4. So, when they realized what they got is basically a much better Fallout 3, they got disappointed.

Fallout:NV has everything you think should be there from Fallout 3. It is a great game IMO.

Well, it's kinda different too though. I liked the atmosphere in Fallout 3 better for example. But the quests of NV seem a lot more thought through, more exciting and funny. I also like a good bunch of NV equipment better. To me it's pretty even, two great games.

I actually think that the story in Fallout 3 was better, but F:NV had better side quests and the enviroment. Above all the three fractions idea was also great.

Except that the ending of Fallout 3 was so horribly bad and illogical that they had to retcon it ;D
