There is only "alive", "wounded" (you see a reddish blur on your screen and your playermodel is moaning a bit) and "dead".

Incapacitated is left for vBF2.

Well if you make a joke about Fh2 you should joke about something that has some kind of truth in it. And since there is no revive function at all in Fh2, that comic made no sense.
