Yup. It's the Finnish submachinegun. They were manufactured in Tikkakoski.

My guess is either the M/31 or the M/44. The M/31 is more likely to make a first appearance, though, as it's more famous. There was already a M/31 model donated by a HL2 mod, but I believe it was only partially modeled.
