They said that already in the render news update of the hetzer. We're dealing here with 60mm of armor sloped at50 degrees

It's 60mm sloped at 60 degrees, equals to 120mm, so hetzer should be immune to US 76mm guns frontally. This is much better than stug.
of course the front armor was hardcore. on the opposite, will a .50 cal damage it from behind? that would, i have to admit that, be realistic and quite interresting to see
