So I booked my flight for Glasgow tonight, and I will be having a 7 hour layover in Amsterdam on september 1st/2nd and a 5 hour layover on the return trip on december 21st.

My question to all you dutchies on the forums is, what should I see? What should I look out for at the airport? What kind of traps are there with baggage and all that? And What kind of stuff should I do with my 7 hours?

Ok, so I need to write a 12 page paper by Friday for Comparative politics. Basically, I just need to take two countries, ask a question about them, research and answer it. Reason I ask you guys is, clearly, having it done by friday, sucks. So I was wondering if anybody had a WWII thing I could do here, that basically I could write most of it off the top of my head without having to actually research haha. I was sort of toying with looking at the effect of WWII on germany and then on Japan. Like how both their economies grew. But the main thing is that I need to ask a question, or a hpyothesis, so I can make this a persuasive paper. Like "Omgzors, Germany has a better economy than japan as a result of WWII". Suggestions?
