Known issue:
Not enough overall tickets and Germans can outkill the bleed.

2.57 changes:

- More tickets overall for longer rounds
- Smaller ticket lead for the Germans (basically 4 minutes of lead)
- fewer MG kits for both teams
- fewer captured rifle kits for the Germans
