ooh so fucking this.

Pyscho's take guns to kill people. Take away the guns, you still have psycho's. Its about making sure that society creates much less of these people.
Excuse me, what do you want to fuck? I'm sorry, but you obviously haven't read the thread. It isn't about psychos at all. So please read back and then think before the next reply. Thank you.

Maybe you should back up off him a bit and set a new tone/topic for this thread.  I am not really sure anyone understands what the fuck this thread is about anymore.
I have heard Hitler talked about as of late in this thread so I am sure this is relevant.

The criminals receive WAY TOO MUCH sympathy. If that was my house, I would have just let him bleed out.

That seems a little cold. ???

Having someone save your life, that very someone you were trying to rob, and then turn around and suing them when they could have just very well have let you die.... is simply unforgivable. Justice here would have been for that ungrateful, low-life scum to have been left to die.

There is NO need for anyone to rob someone else. If you're really that broke and or have a family to support (not a crack habit) there are other "civilized" ways to go about it. I mean heck, just go on food-stamps or welfare like 42 million other Americans are, I mean that's already legally robbing the American working class... you can even get a free cell phone from the government  ::). If you need more than that, earn it or re-evaluate your life style. If you're not working and are relying on others, I'm sorry but you haven't earned the luxuries or privilege of having all the amenities you think you should.

My property and its possessions are things I have worked hard to earn, and I'm not going to let some punk take it, if he wants to try... it's at his own risk, if he hurts himself in the process, looks like Darwinism is already 'taking it's course'. Don't expect me to save him, if I do... I'll make him sign a legal confession to his crime before I lift one finger to help him.  :-*

This may be true, but it is true for EVERYONE, including your local LEO's.
I don't really like the idea of arming the police either, since even they are generally just normal people (with all the associated faults and problems).

I'm not opposed to private gun ownership, I just feel that the only reasons you should need for owning them is if you need them for your work (vermin control etc.) or if you use them for hunting or target shooting.  Of course, I'm well aware that such a system as this can't really work in the USA.

That does sound like a perfect urban myth though. In any civilized country you'd get sued for neglecting to help the other person and any respectable judge would turn down his law suit against you.

OK, that's fine, but then don't reply. If you want to take part in a conversation, at least take the time to see what it's about.

Cool link, btw. :)

Put "Years of report" from 1999 to 2010, press "Submit request", and be amazed.

for a country with so many weapons they sure get fucked in the ass more than any western country by their own gouvernment, and not in a good way.

Amazed of what? That people prefer guns for killing other people and themselves? No shit, Sherlock, they were designed for that...  ::)

I am amazed, ~9.5 suicides via suffocation? That's awful. Suicide by firearm doesn't surprise me, seriously... would you do it any other way? Homicide is inconclusive, they don't discriminate between murder or act of self defense. Least if it did, I missed it. Also, look who the 'report' was done by... detecting a little bias?

Phew, then I'm happy that our law is different here. As I said, any decent judge would have given the guy a raised eyebrow and sent him, together with his 'lawyer', home to think about what they were trying to accomplish.

Oh, I agree 100%. However, some people can manage to overlook the morals if there is a buck to be made...  ::) It's a flaw in the system with you know, "everyone has a right to a fair trial and etc..." which sometimes may be more unjust than just... but I don't think I'd advocate to change the whole system because of a couple flaws.

New video of our Attorney General from 1995.

LOL!  I remember when some zany people started going on about fast and furious being nothing more then a government PR program to escalate gun violence for the purpose of getting more gun bans under the Obama administration.  I thought it was ridiculous.....Now not so much.

Forgive me for this quote...Just seemed really fitting.   ;)

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”
