Missing forgotten hope africa map?

I cant seem to find one of my favorite old maps, since I got back into forgotten hope. I dont recall the name, but it was a fairly narrow map germans and britts.

Britts had valentimes, crusaders, and shermans and started out at the north end of the map. There was a large vcrevice going down the left hand side of the map.

German side started in the bottom left, had all early panzers, and I think a pz 4 with the short barrel 75. There were a lot of tanks in this map. There was also a 88 at the top of the hill with a lookout tower, and you would go down the hill and either take the road left, or right and head across to a flag that had a few anti tank weapons looking out torwards the mid cap.

Anyone remember what I am talking about?

It was removed for 2.45. There is no official 2.45 version of Operation Aberdeen.

That map was so awesome for "training" purposes, mainly with artillery.

Agreed. It had real big plains and valleys.

I really miss that map.  Hope it will come back in future release.

They should bring it back. I don't care if it's imbalanced to be honest, to me it was usually fun.

Thatw as a great map to battle against the bots especially when there are only 1 or 2 people on the server. Loved playing germans on that map. Frankly I wouldn't say it was inbalanced because I've seen it go both ways in the past multiple times. The center base was pretty key.

If anyone out there has a working version of that map for 4.5 I would love to get my hands on a server and client version for veterans gaming server, which is one of the few left.

It was great map, when germans didn't get stuck in their base. Unfortunately, that was about 1/10 of matches on it

Meh it was only because of 2pdr buff that the map was so hated... now when they nerfed them again with angle mod it could even be playable... But it was totally ahistorical so it's better that they make something else out of it... Maybe something in Tunis, with all the hills and that?

Is it possible to just toss the map in from a older version, or is there coding differences?
