Guys:
Gotta ask: Any hope that we SP Offline players will get an Italian Front or Russian Front Map to play? I recall mention of a map recreating a Carpathian fight between the Germans & the USSR & I have always hoped that maps from Battlefield 2 'road to Rome' will be recreated.

It's always a possibility to add singleplayer to maps, just if there is someone willing to do it. :)
The devs are working hard to get a Eastern Front release soon enough; so sadly no Italian front yet.

Know the devs have mentioned in latest dev twitch stream they don't have a navmesher at the moment. What happened to Gavant ? Retired ? Having a rest ? Go that dream job in Barbados ?
Are there any community navmeshers here ?
I'm gonna post a request (http://www.battlefieldsingleplayer.com/forum/index.php?showforum=80) on BFSP as well. Cover all bases, he he.

Gavrant is not primarily an sp dev anymore, he basically does all coding now as well as 3p animation fixes and he is the one who will build the actual release version. Which also means he has no time for navmeshing. In the past (afaik) we always had a navmesher who worked together with gavrant on the sp versions of each map.

Well, thanks to Gavrant and his navmesher for previous hard work, glad to hear he's still on the dev team ;D. I posted in BFSP so, you never know, there might be an FH fan or two around with navmeshing skills, or someone might take it up. There's also Darman who did the brilliant Forgotten Maps releases (old FH maps and Forgotten Honor maps), but don't know if he's around.

For Official maps, you can bet the maps will have singleplayer eventually. But as these fine gentlemen said, he is now the official coder, so Ai work becomes a 2nd priority.
However, you might note that every other single map currently in-game has single-player for 16 - 64 players.
Gavrant is thorough in his processes, fixing maps completely once he gets to them, so it's really just a matter of waiting for some time after release; perhaps the next release after; which more recently hasn't taken as long as the main releases.
Besides that, there are possible stop-gap releases that might come up.
Essentially, you can pretty much guarantee the official maps would get single-player support.
For unofficial maps, you need to look to the developers of those maps or the fan-modding community for that.

Some news. I may have found a willing navmesher from BFSP who says he is contacting the dev team. No guarantees but its looking hopeful ;D.
