Try to stop all unneeded processes in task manager before launching the game. Also you can try to play Zielona Gora map in co-op mode first, via "Create game" menu, then try a campaign. Report if it doesn't help

Grey loadscreens mean that there is a problem with FH installation and the game can't find needed files in menu.rfa. Where did you download the mod?

Some time ago I had 5 dreams during one night.  I laughed all next morning because they were absolutely crappy :D
So, here's the first one:
1) I'm in my country house at night. Me and my grandfather decide to go upstairs. But we need torches for it, so we take them and go. We get there and start shaking our torches randomly. Then, I hear some snore of a man in room with various planks and other stuff. I'm afraid of it, but second later I get evil and start breaking the door, yelling "Ah, bitch!". The end.

What do you mean? When there is 1 player on server, he can do all he wants, including get points for flag capture etc. There isn't any difference between 1 and 10 players on server. So what's the problem?

Yes, of course there is, you should just insert line ObjectTemplate.vehicleFov 0.x (where x is a zoom; the less it is, the more zoom is, for example, 0.1 means 10x zoom) somewhere into the beginning of Objects.con in your tank directory. Like this:

ObjectTemplate.create PlayerControlObject PantherG
ObjectTemplate.setNetworkableInfo PantherGBodyInfo
ObjectTemplate.saveInSeparateFile 1
objectTemplate.cullRadiusScale 4

Also, I tried your code, it did not work! No matter what I try... But I'm trying it in FHSW, could that be why?
You should run the game with debugger to be able to use such commands in console. But I think it'll be way easier to edit objects.rfa. There is a nice tool: http://code.google.com/p/bga/

Haha, not at all :) I've seen this in FHSW. Stationary MGs are using zoom there.
