I think the mappers are smart enough to make some other ways to get over the river.

Anyway awesome update looking forward to see the other maps  :)
Hope the 3 new dev's will shorten the release for fh2.2  ;D

Of course it will shorten all releases of FH2 :P.

I hope they know modeling

is that a river in middle? swimming fest coz there's only 1 bridge?

i wouldn't like to see too many swimmers around.

im sure theres a shallow path like there is in barida.

Hmmm, I wonder if they've already shown the Normandy Kubels and Opels....

Potential bonus?

I believe we have seen the Kubel before,

Great update, welcome to the new mappers. Take your time, make it worth our while.

I have questions/ comment about the map,
Q: Are all the buildings occupiable in the town?
Q: Are some of the new mappers also part of Forgotten Honour tournament?

Comment: I really like how all the statics presented lately seem to incorporate better firing positions for infantry inside buildings or shooting over walls and such. I also really appreciate the lack of obstructive material that prevents a soldier in prone position from having suitable lines of fire while on some of those upper floors.

edit:Forgot to add awesome job on that Red ensign, I bet so many Canadian kids right now are shitting themselves asking "wtf is that flag".

Spaeztle was a BGF mod dev, as was fuchswiesel I believe (name sounds familiar... I could be wrong about him though).

Sorken is from FHT, yeah.

...

I would say the ratio is a bit higher than on Tunis.

 Thanks for the heads up.

BGF2 I presume? as there is a release this weekend of Battlegroup42, so separate mod teams for them then? (an age old story).

I am glad to see the guys from FHT chipping in where they can. Welcome Sorken

@ N24
Tunis has a good ratio so this map is going to be sweet as I pour HE shells from that 6 pounder into every building I see.

All in all, this month has had some good FH2 news with obviously more to come.

"YOUR MOTHER'S A BEAVER!" Ah yes. I cannot wait to hear that again. It was always one of the greatest sound bites in all of Battlefield 1942.
