I thought this was already fixed. This was my most favorite map, utill I learn to change the vehicle/tanks/planes of the map I desired.

Alright, I just check the net & u guys r right. IS-3 just in time for the Berlin victory parade.

Maybe we can hav a map with the Russian IS-3 against the Die-hard Nazi Werewolf...............LOL, I am determined ;)

Today, I just went to http://forgottenhope.warumdarum.de/main.php and found tht there r Russian tank!!! I thought we r just interested in the Western front, and leave the eastern front alone.

So, r there any Russian map to play? or we still working on it(not available for now)........

Battle of Berlin, would love to be the guy who puts the flag on the Reichstag

The battle of the Reichstag is a must!!!! ;D

Basically, almost all the stuffs have been suggested.
And I personally like:
1) KV-2 (OMG, it can blow up tiger!!!!)
2) Ferdinand
3) JS-3 (just in time for the berlin war)

However, I just wonder why no one suggest PPSH41? Is it already in the list?! :-\

Regarding the panzerfaust, why don't just stay with one, BUT hav the panzerfaust kit all around the map, especially near/in the foxhole. Since almost everytime war-time pic show tht German soldier usually carries only one per man. Of cuz there r exception as we just c in the previous page, but tht's really rare. We can hav ridable bicycle with panzerfaust kit too.............LOL

By the way, do we hav a complete thread on how to create map/vehicles etc? It can encourage ppl who hav a heart for this campaign. It will be perfect if the tutorial is a step by step guide.......... ;D

there is alot of nice iders and info about Russian front, and you can even help make it better if you have good iders etc.



O.........tht great, I can somehow participate in it!

All I want is the battle of Kursk, tht's the biggest tank battle of the WW2. ;) ;) ;)

That used to be a joke for the Betatesters iirc, no maus :sadface:

And Alt im pretty sure it means "Alternative", there's some BF109s and BF109_alt, and the _alt version has a 250KG bomb or something.

Sad thing, how I wish to drive one and c wht is like being the mouse(maus)................LOL

Ya, I was think the "alt" is alternative, but just unsure..........anyway thx for the help

The maus? Its a trap!

It does exist............in the file, I just went through the map but no maus found, eventhough I put one in it.

O......... :o :o :o tht's great, I can see there is maus there!!!!!!! I notice there is a difference between the two file. Wht I mean is tht there r vehicles tht appear in "Battlefield 2\mods\fh2\objects_vehicles_server.zip\Vehicles" but is not register in "Battlefield 2\mods\fh2\GameLogicInit.con"

Oh by the way, can u tell me wht's the meaning of "alt"?, I realised tht there r some tanks name with "alt".

Some example r:
--->stug40_g_alt
--->sherman_v_late_alt
--->panthera_alt

and the guns(code) too....... ;D ;D ;D

I found out tht the allied don really hav any guns to go against the tiger, poor things. I just want to balance both side, the german hav pak40 and the allied.................57mm_m1_atgun tht can't even blow up the tiger from the side ::) ::) ::)

So one more question, where can I get the full code list for the tanks/vehicles? I hav been digging up the map's GamePlayObjects.con just to get the vehicle code.......

I got it all the way there, but I can only get the heaviest tank of tht map(pz ivd for german and ), I was thinking to replace all the axis tank to Panther and tiger while the allied tank to Firefly etc.........

I try to change it from the box but it seems tht the heaviest is pz iv

I do it by creating an object spwaning point, but again those r not my choice

And even I choose them, they don appear.........

Hi, after reading some of the thread here, I am getting a bit excited abt modding. I think I shall start at the very beginning. Instead of working everything from scatch, I shall work on the exsisting map.

Operation Aberdeen is a map tht allow tank battle to take place. I want to ask how to change the tanks in this map to a more powerful tanks? Where to get the list of all the codes of the tanks/vehicles? How to replace the exsisting tanks?

Navmesh issues.

You can do what I did. DL the one remick did unofficially (if its still in the DL thread) and replace this one. But replace its gameplayobjects.con within the map folder/server.zip, gamemodes/sp or coop/64

With the one from the 2.3 one.

Remick should have fixed this and it will be in the next build, but till then, this works.

Hi djinn, it works!!!! Though there r still a few crashes, but overall I manage to finish the game.
