Nice update guys! Appreciate the added bonus of four news items after the wait  ;D

Can't wait to play with the U.S. concussion grenades! I'm assuming they'll be the U.S. "special" grenade available in pick up kits? Similar to the British impact grenade in the Tommy gun kits? It'll be cool to fly the Spit as American also!

I would expect them to be much like the German egg grenade ingame: a weaker, lower range of throw and range of explosion kind of grenade to balance out CQ kits like SMGs, only useful as a room clearer and not that much in the open. So, I wouldn't call it "special" :D

But it's a good update nonetheless! It will be useful for the Devs to balance kits, and it adds to detail, which this mod has shown lots of love :D

Does the hurricane with a new green skin mean a Battle of Britain map for 2.45? ;D

Very likely, either the Battle of France or Britain, because it has before 1941 camo, and it is mk.I!!! No doubt about it.

Great update as always. More planes are always welcome. Woohoo for the Spitfire Trop. A great addition to the desert theatre. And yes I too smell a Battle of Britain or maybe Dunkirk or it could be that the Crete Hurricane is replaced with this more historically accurate version. I've always adored the Hurricane mk1's color scheme. The Hawker hardy will be a great new addition to 2.45...great looking plane...and the Lewis machine gun  ;D

I particularly like the mgs. They skin of both the stock and the metal parts are really well done.
I definitely don't want to be on the receiving end of that thing.

Of course, save for the handling, I've always favored the Hurricane over the spitfire - Feel stronger. Will be happy to fly that thing and pwn some bandits.

The spitfire gives the Americans their 3rd distinct plane in game. Considering the fact that the Germans have 4 also, the Brits have 5, that brings the starved US faction up to speed, I think

the hurricane was constructer more sturdier and also had a more solid weapons platform then the spitfire

Yeah, more maneuverable (smaller turning radius), but a tad slower and its big thick wing, which gives it the ultimate stability (even when firing 12 Browning MGs on Mk.II), also becomes its main drawback.

it was still effecient against fighters like the Me109 and italian fighters.

But Ju 88's could return to base with hundreds of .303 bullet holes in them....

The HE111, the Do17 and the Ju87 where somewhat vurnable eventually. But the Ju88...well it kept on going most of the time. Exept when engaged frontally(wich was one of the reasons why short sunderlands had effective defensive armament against ju 88's. The fronts where exposed and vurnable when they attacked sunderlands)
