or you're both toast, depending on the angle. Stucka's are slow and their curve is predictable so shooting them out of the air with a tank - even sherman 75mm - is very doable and have seen it happen a lot. Good pilots obviously fly from the sun, and high angle which makes this trick quite a lot harder.

Well, by a dive, I meant a real dive at 90 degree or so angle

And yeah, I remember one round where I shot down the stuka 5 or 6 times with my crusader III....  And another where I got the beaufighter 15 or so times with the Pz4 F2....xD

tactic for stuka's =
1. dive from the sun
2.come at a angle that the tank can't see you
3. or he will here a wierd sound and drive like crazy so target the turrent
so when he drives forward cus he hears you coming he will still get hit.

1.AIRPOWER!!!

3. shot him if you see him!!
