One problem that I've always had with FH2 is the vehicle for every man policy that seems to be employed on every map that is representing a battle that large number of tanks were present in. I can understand that this gives every player the option to take a vehicle if they want without having to wait for other players. But, one thing I noticed back when the 128 player server was up was that players actually shared vehicles, squads stuck together, trucks were full, men were riding on tanks etc. just as they would have in real life. By keeping soldiers together like that teamplay in encouraged without being forced upon people in PR style, but instead with the fact that each vehicle matters. In real life transport vehicles were always in short supply and would never be wasted like they are in FH2 (actually they wouldn't usually be used as close to the front line as they are in FH2, but that's another story.) . It would also allow people to see the beautifully detailed rear interiors of trucks and APC's more often :P.

Another thing that I think should be done is the reduction of tanks even on maps representing armor heavy battles. For example during Operation Cobra there were about 60 infantry men for each tank involved in combat. I'm not saying that there should be one tank on each side, but I am saying that tanks are far too common in FH2 and infantry are not common enough on those maps.

No FH2 map has a vehicle for every person. That would mean at each main base there would be 32 different vehicles.

There are 26 vehicles in the Allied main base on Totalize and 23 scattered across the map for the axis at the beginning of the map 25 once the two Tigers spawn in, that's pretty close to a vehicle for every man.

Because it is a tank map. If you design a tank map, you want that most of the combat is done per tank.

I'd rather have more players and keep the same amount of vehicles than remove them from the maps... How about we employ some kind of a different system... Something like Goodwood... The round starts with less vehicles and then more reinforcements come in... That way you can get an interesting round start and those killed don't have to wait for too long to get back to the front...

remove vehicles from totalize and by the time the british reached the first flags they lost half of there tickets from bleed  ;D

Please no, don't try to force 'teamplay' by limiting resources.
Mirror design with only 2 tanks per team is the death of any fun gameplay.

The whole victory chances of the German team lays in the hand of 2 guys that are driving the tigers, if they fail the rest of the team has almost no chance to cross the bridge and win the map.

play some cod or dod or whatever. battlefield is meant for huge maps with many types of land-, water and air-vehicles. there cant be enough vehicles at all!

I think on some maps there should be even more vehicles - like Cobra (on axis side) or St. Lo (both sides). I would like also to see more spawnable APCs (I mean these where you can spawn in).
