Hi there.
To keep this simple, I am unable to see any static meshes in the already existing 2142 maps.
Any map I edit it basically doesn't show anything but the terrain itself and shadows of these models.
I have extracted required files and they are in their proper place.
Any help will be appreciated in advance.

If 2142 works the same as FH2 you have to have these models fully extracted in to an objects folder you make inside the mod folder.  It has to have both the client, texture, and sever files.  Of course you need a staticobjects.con in the fully extracted map.  You may also need to look at mod manager after you have loaded up the editor.  There are boxes you tick to tell it what to load.  You have to restart the editor after that.

Indeed, I've checked the Mod Manager and everything seems to be ticked.
StaticObjects.con is inside a map file ,in this case Port_Bavaria.
Object folder is within bf2142 mod folder, and it contains the StaticObjects.
Now, it may be on my end or I missed something completely.
Inside the original 2142 installation there is an objects folder which contains .zip files, for example I extracted StaticObjects_client.zip into StaticObjects folder.

Nevermind, it works now.
I had to edit Init.con inside a map folder and the line where it says

"run EDITOR/StaticObjects.con BF2Editor"

had to make it into "run StaticObjects.con BF2Editor"

Thanks for your help though.
