Agreed,

 No minimap is posted yet so I can't really comment much but the map does appear to be chock a block with statics, smoke, etc. to the point that I am concerned about performance isues on my PC.

I have a shitty pc and the map runs fine. The rendering distance is so low that all the statics don't really matter.

For some stupid reason this dinosaur forum eats my posts and pictures. There were 3 separate paragraphs between the lines that were actually printed by W-D.

 Since Fh2.0 was released it seems that with every patch our view distances keep getting tweaked/nerfed and i am curious if this is a Dev team consensus-based decision. (we can still exploit the shit out of it so why further Nerfage?)

 Also, Belgium got plastered by thoussands of Buzz bombs and I am curious if they will be implemented in-game? Perhaps as a Commander asset or better yet (since nobody ever commands) as some sort of special kit or vehicle emplacement on the maps.

Can't wait for my Omaha Beach landing map to come to fruition, as we all know that Normandy will never be complete without a beach landing map (PdH is not a landing map btw) !!!

Nice update devs. I too was hoping for Utah, Omaha, Juno, Gold, Sword map as the final map for the patch but alas 'tis not to be. Willkommen new Devs! Many hands make light work, so I'm rather glad there is more devs on the team.

I think they will never make Utah and Swird beach and about Gold I hope we will see it but it's like pegasus bridge. Not in WIP, but we will see them

This map makes you paranoid.  You see heads in windows, and by the time you've aimed at them they're gone.  You sit still for minutes at a time waiting, and as soon as you start to move to what you think is a better position, thats when the bullets start flying at you.  From where though?

There is allways one more, and he is allways behind you.

This map features something I've been awaiting for a long time, city fights. Finally you are able to hide in the ruins and ambush your enemies in the narrow streets of death. Once you grab an MG42 and get yourself a nice hidden position, you will be the fear or your enemy, same goes for sniping, just hide in one of the ruins and wait till someone passes your scope.

Anyway, enough of my talk, wait until you can play it, you will be amazed!

Battle of Brest? That's in Brittany, not Normandy. Something's wrong here...

I was hoping for a beach landing map but this is good enough, however I would still love a beach landing map. Nice job devs, the FG42 with scope will probably be my new favorite weapon, as I already snipe people with an ironsighted FG42.

I like how 2.3 will have ALL US maps.

1sk for regular, we've pretty much got ourselves the most powerful sniper in the game now. Scoped No.4 doesnt beat it either, its still got a lower firerate

What? The view distance is map dependant. Even in 2.0 Sfakia had only like 200m while El Al had 600. And what do you mean about "exploit"?
