Syberia 1 and 2 on sale at steam for 2.24€

Definitely worth the buy in my opinion. Real cozy point and click adventure game which a pretty interesting story and very interesting setting. First one is the better one though.

Edit: Bundle of the two for 3.74€

This has just been released today:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/242920/

The indie game "Banished" is a semi SimCity-like RTS, which genre I love so much (like The Settlers series). You build a settlement, manage its economies, civics, and developments. The reward is seeing your creation flourish. This game however, doesn't feature tech tree, as everything is accessible since the beginning, you just need more resources or specific goods to have it.

Anyone has the chance to play this game? How is it for $20 indie game?

I´ve got it.
It´s a nice relaxing game, which can get quite addicitive. It´s a sandbox game, where you have to ensure the survival of you town. There is no story and you start on randomly generated maps with certain choosable presettings. It´s quite comparable to the building part of Stronghold without the keep.

I´m not that much into the game, to tell you about any late challenges. But I think the price of 20€ is worth it.

Edit: And its easy to learn.

Thanks for the sneak peek, Humbug.

I decided to buy it last night. I think I'll recommend it after about 3-4 hours playing.

Yeah, it is nice and relaxing (takes a long time, need to speed up all the time). No enemies, no zombies, no fighting, only the world and human doing interaction. The game is a matter of choice, since you got resources to manage, one wrong turn, pay the consequence later (e.g. wrong distribution of resource). There is also natural factor as well, which can drastically alter the game. I like this game, they stress more on the mechanics rather than graphics/sounds/effects (things that most AAA titles stressed too heavily). There is a neat tutorial play through as well. So this is a quite a good deal for $20.

Seriously. Everyone should get South Park: The Stick of Truth somehow. Make sure to get it without the censorship that you get in europe in some cases. Cause the scenes that were censored are amazing.

It's the most fun I've had in a game in, what feels like, years. It's absolutely amazing and gets better and better all the time. I'm laughing out loud playing, and still it's surprisingly deep. Get it, don't wait. First game in a long time I'd say is worth the 50€ they are asking for it.

It's a huge fan-service. So many references to such small details of episodes.

Remember when Mr. Garrisson got a nosejob and got sexy? you can do the same nose job. Just an example.
