Also also, I went to this site TutorVista because google recommended it for something that I was looking up for school.  I didn't really want to listen to this guy talk about it, but I eventually asked a little more in-depth because it sounded a bit interesting.  Anyway, near the end, I asked him if he could see what I wrote on the white-board next to the chat log.  He answered yes, so I drew a smiley-face in it.  the words 'go to hell' popped up on the screen for a second and disappeared.  I asked him, did you just write go to hell?  I was then disconnected and sent to the checkout.  I don't really care, though.  I mean, this guy is pretty much a human bot and he's bound to be pissy now and then.
