During the times of HL:CS, my friend drew a point using marker in the exact middle of the monitor. He then bought AWM/P or Scout (no crosshair). He does not need to zoom to score fatal hits.

http://kotaku.com/explaining-the-biggest-news-in-japan-a-boy-band-apolog-1753725615

Japanese boyband personnel (in their 30-40s) apologising to the public for disbanding. A kowtow to the Japanese entertainment industry giant.

Apparently, male/female idols getting into relationship/moving on is a controversy. You are expected to stay virgin to keep the fantasy surreal.

WTF Japan series continues.

Some elite joint in St. Tropez that sell Beluga caviar also offers Coca Cola. That's nice. Some passe wannabe bistrot maitre'd even cringed when a customer mentioned "Coke".

Also, why Dom Pe (I assume Dom Perignon) Rosé costs as much as a nice high end car? Any sales of this, represents a sign of economic bubble and unwarranted excess... jeez EUR 50.000. That's BMW M3 money right there. You could have enjoyed a thrilling ride for 3 years before the warranty ends and the car fails in Teutonic fashion. But for a few sips of sugary faded red wine? Perplexing.

It depends. I think tip is normal in some hotels, bars, nightclubs etc
I sometimes tip my self 10-50dkr and get free coffée & shoots from the bar at some places. Not as much as 15 years ago
I sometimes get in front of line when ordering the next round
I have donated the fh2 server once
I think every tip is worth it -:)

Apparently that bill is from 2012 or 2013.

Nikki-Beach St Tropez Funky Groove Party 7/28/2012

Seems like you can get away cheaper.

Besides that: I'd tip 5% max. The difference is, that waitors don't really get paid in the US. They are much more depending on the tips than waitors in germany who start at a regular wage of 8,50 €uro per hour.

Varies by country, I'd say. The Finnish custom is that you tip only if you got extraordinarily good service or if you're feeling particularly generous. If you got about what you expected, you pay the listed price. If you are disappointed, you demand a discount. No guesswork, no surprises.

In the days of yore tipping the doorman often could get you eventually past the queue. Nowadays bouncers are not employed directly by the bar/nightclub anymore so can be working at a totally wrong place some nights.
