Isnt the M4A3 76 sherman we have ingame actually that model? It has a muzzle brake for one thing.

No, the E8 used a new kind of suspension for the road wheels.  But in all other ways it is indistinguishable to the M4A3(76)W that we have in game now.

Well, you guys have to admit this was kinda expected, after the release of that supposedly horrible WWII action flick with Brad Pitt that I still didn't get a chance to watch...

I don't think there's a map that exists or is in the making that a 'Fury' skin could be used on anyway. Which (let's be honest) is the real reason everyone wants it in-game. :P

Heh :)

I do really like the suspension on the E8 though. It just looks... powerful.  Did the up-armor the vehicle to necessitate the beefier suspension, or is this just a different design (more durable, etc.)

I was thinking the same. DAK Tiger would be perfect, just needs some mud smeared on the sides and the number covered  8)

Isn't that we should see "Easy Eight" on some Bastogne/Ardennes maps anyway  ;) ?


... and E8 should be little faster than normal Sherman ?

The turret also looks different, there is that flexible cover thingy in the base of the cannon and it has a muzzle brake the in-game model doesn't have either.
