Juhu finally! Desertsand makes someone depressive after a while  

Congratulation for all involved, asthonishing update but i suspected no less from our gods Forgotten Hope is and will be the best Tactical Shooter for years to come.

One thing that pierces through my eyes the most in the changelog is this:

* Planes 20% quicker (ctz)

Stukabombers love you ctz

Looks like i found a good reason to end my lurking around.

Unfortuately i cant use my old nickname in FH2 so, and i hope a few remember me from FH1, my new nick is Blitzkrieghannes (also old i know but somehow i never found the time to tell anyone:D).  See you on the battlefield.

I just woke up and was like so tired, put on my computer an went strait to the fh site. It was just like being high on drugs, running around and shouting in my flat like a crazy person.

FH2 is my fix from now on, theres no better

I'm disappointed about the  3D sights

Of course, they look much better than I expected (see PR), but still...

If your disappointment comes from doubt, let me take away ALL doubt by saying that this is one of the most awesome new feature in FH2, improving the flow of infantry combat by far, and I'm one of those who didn't originally like the idea of 3d sights.

We've had the 3D sights for awhile now, yes even through these posts here on the forums asking about 3D sights, where we all said we'd rather die than see 3D sights in FH2 ( we're bastards, we really are) But after testing and using the 3d sights and then go back to the old 2D sights for a public game of 2.15.. I have to say, I'd rather die than see FH2 go back to 2D sights.

It might be a bit weird at first, but you quickly adapt to the new sights, and you're faster to adapt to the new 3d sights than go back to the old 2d sights. There were opposition when the 3d sights were first introduced in the beta, but I don't know any better than everyone love the new sights, both those who originally approved and originally opposed.

I must say that this comforts me, the only reference I have to 3d ironsights is PR, and to be honest.. I think they look like pure shit.
Another doubt I have is that when looking at the 3d ironsight screenshots, it feels like the weapon is too far away (though I have no experience of guns), it feels like he's holding the gun in front of him, not using his shoulders as support.

But as stated, they do look much more detailed than the PR ironsights... I'll take your word for it.
