actually that guy can be anoying and who does think that the police car is a dumb idea has no sence of humor ill give ya all a little hint

Just not random police cars driving on the maps....  I'm sorry, but that would just kill any atmosphere....

And MPs drove willys jeeps and kubels, just with a little MP badge on the hood or such....

My guess is in city's, definatly. In small towns it would have been bikes and horses. Maybe the chief would have had a car or motorcycle but that's it.
