Flying Legends 2009

Today I visited Imperial War Museum Duxford for their Flying Legends airshow. 99% of the aircraft that took part were pre-1950 and included 8 Spitfires, 4 Hurricanes, 5 Mustangs, 3 Yak 3s and 3 B-25s - there were some amazing sights and sounds!
My photos weren't quite as good as I'd have liked and the weather was very dark and grey in the first part of the display but the sun came out later (unexpectedly so I am a bit sunburnt!)
I've uploaded a few of my 661 photos:

Very cool, hope you molested those planes with your camera when they were on the ground.

Where did you take the pictures? since you seem to be fairly level with the planes.
in this pic you even seem to be above the planes
was it up in a tower?

Yeah, they were flying very low and probably banking slightly in that photo.
