I still wonder who they try to reach

I cant see a potential customer,

is it for the masses?  guess no
is it for geeks?  no, geeks want a better machine than that
is it for lovers?  maybe,  but I guess there are not enough of them to keep this product running

I really would like to know what the financial plan of these guys is ,

I think it comes with an installed emulator. So you can grab your old games and replay them. I guess some people haven't realized yet that there are emulators free to download.

The other thread about DCS A10 made me remember some good old games like thunderhawk and Steel Thunder. You know, those state of the art games with amazing graphics.

I usually imagine my own sounds with it, like `tjunk, tupdieyupdiedee` aaa enemy spotted, ratatatataboom

I still wonder who they try to reach...

...is it for geeks?  no, geeks want a better machine than that...
People who used to own a Commodore and retro fans, I'd say. Too bad it's just a low-end Intel PC in a Commodore box... :P

Geeks will want something a little more serious, something like this:

...The X1000 ends the years of AmigaOS being relegated to a ghetto of outdated hardware - great as it was at the time, the world has moved on a long way since the days of Commodore. For the first time in many years, AmigaOS has a genuinely modern hardware platform.

AmigaOne X1000 specs:

    PA Semi Dual-core PA6T-1682M, nominal 2.0GHz (1.8GHz standard) PowerISA™ v2.04+ CPU

    ATI Radeon R700 graphics card
    2GB RAM
    500GB Hard drive
    22x DVD combo drive
    customised case, keyboard and mouse
    7.1 channel HD audio

Ports and connectors:

    4x DDR2 RAM slots
    10x USB 2.0
    1x Gigabit Ethernet
    2x PCIe x16 slots (1x16 or 2x8)
    2x PCIe x1 slots
    1x Xorro slot
    2x PCI legacy slots
    2x RS232
    4x SATA 2 connectors
    1x IDE connector

Amiga geeks will... :)

They're not the most impressive specs, but it's strength lies in the XMOS chip.

And it's a definite improvement on the hardware most AmigaOS users are using.
