i started training 2nd of january 2010 as a "new years intent". i used to be very skinny all the way through school weighting about 62 KG at 1,79metres. and now after more than a year of fitness-training and eating stuff like i never did in my whole live (good stuff, no fast food) im weighting 74 KG.
so sign up in a fitness studio - its definately worth it!

65 KG? and 49.5 KG. - how tall are you and how old? when you get older you will also become heavier.
and everybody has moments when they are not in their best physically condition, so dont break your mind to much about it.

17 and 5'9, damned if I know in metres  :-\

I started working out towards the end of last summer from a break up and gradually continued. Checked my weight today, and I'm 52.6 Kg. 49.5 was a few weeks back

5'9 is about 1,75 meters

You shouldn't worry about your weight Hi. As long as you look normal everything is fine.

Besides, you're only 17. By the time you turn 20, I'm sure you'll weigh at least 60kg.

I'm almost twice your weight!

Like 90kg to 95kg (I don't really check it).

Now I sound fat  :(

My problem butcher is because i lost weight because off the illness of Crohn. I went down from a healty normal 70KG to 58 kg to even 56 once.

Medications are doing its job, and im slowly getting back on track

Met a couple of Germans last night, we had a discussion about the swastika. Apparently they don't like it.

I'm guessing Lightning has converted them >:(

I saw pictures of you!

Or you just made pictures of some normal tall guy and put them online claiming it's you.

Working out on young age makes you fat later on. This is a gentle warning, ill laugh at you in 20 years. Go with it like you re now, get a physical side job, like working in a warehouse. Grow some natural muscles wannabs  :-*
