I believe there was talk about including an OT-34 in Seelow but I dont know if that was just thinking out loud by someone or not.

Of course it can. We have the Churchill crocodile and M1A1 Flamethrower in game already. I guess its just if someone wants to or can adjust the hull MG a tad bit to make it into the flamethrower, then its about coding it. It is not impossible thing to do, its just about if someone wants to do it and if we really need them. Ts4Ever might have some more insight on if this is something that may or may not happen since he worked on Seelow.

I did request a flamethrower T34 for seelow at one point. You know the one that spawns at the house in the first sector? That was supposed to have a flame thrower.

So D-Day has just passed and now is June 9th. A forgotten but an important date nonetheless, at least to us finns. Even thought battles of Tali did not start until the 20th and then escalated on 25th, I thought adding a drop in the big sea and post current (WIP) minimap.
