Doesn't matter. There were guys like that on PR's testing session and they were told it was a test. Those who tried to mess around were simply kicked out.

#2 if you name a server as TEST for so many players.. pretty sure the smart one looking at his screen could figure it out, while also being in game im pretty sure people would be commenting on the testing session. kinda really a useless argument you got there. also a day is a massive waste of time and resources?

Yeah, haha, people from all of sudden beign Mature and shit. No man, they wont give a shit if its called Test or join'n'frag, they will just play like they do, as always. And since there will be 64 players per team well, 32 will be sitting in the Main base waiting for their tigers and airplanes, maybe TKing for them, a few others will be in the fight...

Closed Testing is the answer, but FH2 lacks manpower to do that. Yeah, real life is a bitch.

Lol... PR did an open testing and it worked just fine.  ::)

Correct me if I'm wrong,l but these are VERY rare weapons.

Ok, now the way I understand FH2 to work, the game tries to create the feel of WW2 for a regular soldier. So we have pickup kits, kit limiting etc, not just for balance, but more importantly, to represent the ratios and order of WW2... Now we don't have those in currently - And might NEVER, because by the ratios, those would likely be under a 0 chance of being in, based on current scale.

I'm not even talking about those vehicles, just the fact that they were made implies that AT guns were used that way often enough...

Just like being able to hide in cupboards, it was rare enough not to be included into gameplay, so as not to eject a player from that feeling of what WW2 would really be like.... kinda like running backwards, drawing out your weapon or reloading at the same time. while some other guy dashes towards you and tries to stab you... having to stop because he cannot stab and dash at the same time, and hence allowing you to keep ahead of his knife edge... IMO, that is called an exploit.

Well apparently bf2's engine can't help it so deal with it. I for one would rather be able to stab while running than have to move backward like an 80 years old...

Another solution on top of the server rule would be to increase the respawn time of the recon cars, like higher than a tiger or something (> 3 min) ... Good against kübelschreck squads and back cappers as well ...

As for the backward move, I'm pretty sure the soldiers of WWII were trained hard enought to know where to put their feet in battle...

I'd guess AT cars happened during the war considering they ended up building stuff like this :

Also, most of the time it happened in game the AT gunner was on the back seat, so the guy in the front seat could spray infantry with his smg, so no back blast involved...

I spent most my bf2 days on Project Reality, but, i think they have very good competition from this glorious mod here. One thing PR did, was stopped selfish, and noob'ish tactics. Like tk'ing for weapons, stealing vehicles, lone wolfing.

None of what you said happens very often on FH2, and lone wolfing is a part of this mod.

All I'm saying is it is funny to see tankers whine about kübelschrecking and such when there is most of the time 6 to 8 tanks for ... 1 recon car.

Simple server rule forbiding many bazookas in jeeps and voilà...
