just curious if there are any Australians on this mod because when ever i get on the server seems to be empty or am i just going on the wrong time?

I know of one Kiwi who plays this mod and one of our testers recently moved to Oz, but other than that I'm sorry to say that I don't know of any Australian community for FH2.
Try evening times in UTC land (e.g. early morning in Oz) then you have full servers, but your ping might be...
Or try a Chinese server.

Yep, but I haven't played online for a few months. Just got sick to fucking death of my 350+ ping and having to jump 3 or 4 times to get over one tiny step/obstacle because of it... >:(

When I was online, it was usually on US servers (WOLF or WaW) and I'd have to get on as soon as I got home because they'd be pretty much empty by 6-7pm (I'm in Sydney). During the day on weekends would probably be your best bet on US servers.

The AEF clan have an FH server (located in Sydney but it's still running 2.25) but it was almost always empty. It shits me because I know there's at least a couple of dozen Aussies/Kiwis that play it...

  Not for pubbie play and all but WaW has a gaggle of good guys from those parts.  They are actually some of the best players.  I would defiantly fear fighting Knokworst in a fair fight without his ping handicap.  ;D

In FHT there's quite active oz community though they mostly play only FH1 with either australian or new zealand server saturday nights oz time

Your best bet is Wolfgaming, they usually have a good player base Thursday through Saturday evenings (American time). You'll still ping 250, but its better then pinging 350 on Euro servers.

Now where's the fiber cable going directly from my computer to HSlan I was promised?

i try to go on when i can but cause of the fact i live in australia i end up going on a 250+ ping server like wolf gaming, hslan or 79th watever has most players. If there was populated auzzie servers i would definitaly go in them ;D

lol I usually give people fair fight by using my mobile net to play with ping of 150-250 just cause my broadband dont work for some odd reason with bf2

I'm a Kiwi and I usually play on any server with a ping of between 250-300 ping, these are usually American servers such as WOLFGaming although recently I've been playing on the VETERANS-GAMING COOP FH2 v.26, sure it's a Co-Op server but I usually meet up with a couple of other Aussie/Kiwi mates and have some fun mowing down waves of bots ;D

Rule of thumb for New Zealand/Australian Player: Aim for the North American Servers.

Hey hey, just joining up n I'm Aussie, was always keen to give this a go n now I've just grabbed BF2 for cheaps on steam just to try this. Been very active on resistance & liberation lately (well since alpha) so am used to playing with 250+ ping,  am tired of the betas prediction issues so finally remembered this mod, hehe mainly coz I was looking at first strike on 2142 n veered off after a boozy Sunday star wars session. But yeah, after my bastard Internet rolls over I will be on alot so look forward to fighting u guys!
