I'm all for the good o'le wet cloth on the forehead/back once every few hours, to keep the body cool from the outside and importantly, protect the brain a bit from overheating ; ). Drink tons of liquids, preferred non-hot mostly. Eat a few small things like bisquits or whatever you feel like (a soup). Eating nothing ain't good, but eating regular stuff will cost too much energy.
Also, keep laying in bed and forget about _doing_ anything. Just sit there, watch a movie, stare at the ceiling. Thats what I did for two and a half days with a tough fever a month ago and it went away - slowly.
Took a few mild painkillers against the insane muscle pain, could not relax/sleep because of it. Dont like taking painkillers though. Many are bad on the stomach anyways, an area that is vulnerable because of low food intake..
Well, good luck. And dont let the temps get too high...if they do, seek medical attention rapidly!
