There are many modifications offered by independent SP developers here for FH2.3, but to sum it up, here is my documented list:

Invasion of Crete - Running good with few crashes
Sidi Rezegh - Running good, almost no crash
Siege of Giarabub - Running good, however, some weaponry are outdated (fixable by yourself)
Siege of Tobruk - Running good, almost no crash
The Battle for Sfakia - Running good with few crashes
1942
Alam Halfa - Running good, but without ESAI, the game lacks of fun
El Alamein - Running good with some crashes
Fall of Tobruk - Running good with nearly constant flag cap bug
Gazala - Running good, but without ESAI, the game lacks of fun
Mersa Matruh - Running good with few crashes
Operation Aberdeen - Running good with some crashes, use 3rd party fixes
Operation Hyacinth - Running good with some crashes
Operation Supercharge - Nearly unplayable without fix

Mareth Line - use ESAI
Tunis - Running good with some crashes
Normandy:

Anctoville - Running good, with error messages

Falaise Pocket - Use Aserafimov's custom navmesh, changes the layout a bit
Lebisey - Use fix, almost no crash
Operation Cobra - Running good with some crashes
Operation Goodwood - Running good with few crashes, use fix
Operation Luttich - Running good with few crashes
Operation Totalize - Use fix, but still a lot of crashes
Pointe du Hoc - Running good with almost no crash
Port en Bessin - Running good with almost no crash
Purple Heart Lane - Running good, with some crashes, use Devilman's fix

Running good means you can at least finish a round without crashing. The next round or two, might experience a CTD. Results may vary, depending on your PC configuration. Generally, people will experience crashes in all of the FH2 maps, however none have been reported in Mersa Matruh, due to rarity of players.
