Is there a way to limit the amount of threads a certain account can start in one day, week or month? All based on, say, a points system that takes in whether certain threads have been posted in the correct section, how well a certain account's replys and threads are thought through and many other ways that I can't be pushed to name at the moment.

I have to agree, you spam WAY too much. Now, on to the question. I uninstalled PoE because of low population... I think TG still hosts a server there and gets 30+ people on Tuesday and Friday. But usually, it's pretty empty. I wouldn't reccomend it, but it's a shame seeing all of that hard work get thrown away. It really is sad. :-\

Oh, and there's a german server that's usually full til' noon GMT -8 time. ;)

They stopped production on it recently, even though they haven't had many releases in a year or so.

Like most BF2 mods, it never caught on in the large numbers it deserved.  It was fairly popular early on, but dwindled to only a couple of European servers that are sparsely populated.

Meanwhile, they finished up POE1 (for Battlefield Vietnam) and released it in June.  Not too many still have BFV disks though.

Sad to see they stopped developing it but it was plain obvious something had gone wrong. There mod was the first for bf2 and one of the best at the time, just a shame they couldn't keep up with other mods.
