Greetings all.

As many of you are aware, the WOLF FH2 server has been struggling for some time.
We've managed to cure our lag issues (we believe) but we continue to have issues where when we reach about 30 players, the server seems to start disconnecting players as fast as they can join, so we wind up with a steady population of right around 30, no matter how many wish to play.

Any suggestions regarding this problem are welcome!

Also, we are trying to purchase a new server. We know many of you have enjoyed playing at WOLF, and we've enjoyed having you fill our ranks. We would like to once again have a server that FH2 players will queue up to play on. If you'd like to help preserve FH2 in North America, please consider dropping by our forums (wolfgaming.net). There are options available for one-time donations or continuing support. It won't take very many people giving a few dollars a month to ensure there is a good place in North America to play FH2. We are well on our way, but we need a few more people to help us over the top.

If i am not misstaken WOLF is hosted in USA?

I am getting high ping there ofc...

And i think most of the FH2 players are from europe and russia.

North africa playerbase is steadily rising

Anyway, good luck Carrion. i think if you come to knock on Hslan's door for a bit of help, we migth find a way to get things fixed :-)

Yes, WOLF is hosted in the USA.

There do indeed seem to be more FH2 players in Europe & Russia, but there are plenty of us to the West.

- Shutdown gamerail.
- Try setting up a Linuxserver instead of a Windows box. Though I doubt, THS will ever do that.
- Don't log into BF2CC but use ingame commands.

Absolute truth.  This is a chance for Americans or anyone else to step up and help out.  The community over here in the western hemisphere needs a healthy server to play on in order to maintain and grow what is now an effectively hampered community.
