I'd avoid big companies' antivir like McAfee or Symantec's Norton. They are resource-hogging and is a practical target for hackers (probably those haxx0rs did their Hacking 101 breaking through this commercially available antiviruses).

McAfee however, they have on-access scan, which means they actively scan your activities. So they aren't that lazy.

I use Microsoft Security Essentials (which is more effective and free) and McAfee in tandem. I know it took heavy toll on resources but necessary for work.

For home, I use Avira for one computer, and the other use Avast! in tandem with SpyBot for checking malware/spywares. That's good enough.

Just got DotA 2, let's see if it's as good as its predecessor.

Nice. I played Dota, then Heroes of Newerth for 3 years and now Dota 2 here and there. I like it. Actualy I like the HoN engine a lot better, but HoN turned more and more into a LoL copy, being 100 % commercialized and creating retarded heroes weekly. It's not fun anymore, but the gameplay is a lot faster than in Dota, what I like better. The disadvantages make it not viable for me though, so I switched to Dota 2.

I'm playing some rounds of Dota2 here and there, but I'm not as addicted to it as I used to be (fortunately )
If any Dota 2 players are interested in playing some matches, just let me know

I played quite a lot of DotA a couple of years ago, but haven't touched since then. However, only took me a game or two to get right back in it and I have to say it feels just right. They made some clever changes to the buy system and the leveling system as well. I just need to get used to some things like the new heroes I missed while I was gone.

Got a scholarship for University of Warsaw in an exchange program for Spring 2013. I´m looking forward to it. Now here comes the tricky part. I don´t speak a word of polish. I´ll have to learn it (lucky for me there are lectures in english). I suppose it´s tough as hell when you don´t speak any slawic language. English and Latin at least had a lot in common with German so this was relatively easy to learn. Also I was younger back then and children learn fast. Well, challenge accepted.

For me personally polish vocally doesnt seem THAT hard to learn, its more the grammar part in wich im totally lost.
I btw dont speak a word polish but ive been in Poland a few times for a few weeks and i picked up a lot pretty  fast. Though lectures... crazy
