Not really a problem imho, those people still get points for using the hull-/AA-MG and repair points, but the assists are gone. Giving people points who just sit in the back and do nothing.

Yes but what's the maximal number of points you have ever actually earned ONLY by using the hull MG in a round? Like 5?

You probably won't even notice the stamina being gone. Just wait and see how it plays.

Have you never played Ramelle? Tiger hull MG gunners can rack up like 50 points for doing nothing at all.

Have you never played Ramelle? Tiger hull MG gunners can rack up like 50 points for doing nothing at all.

I object to your "doing nothing at all". Being a hull gunner and covering the tank when the turret is pointing in the other direction is one of the most important (and most BORING jobs besides waiting for arty spot). I feel it should be rewarded as you simply have a lack of opportunities to score decent points when being one.

I fear that you guys are trying to turn FH 2 into a "modern, generic shooter". That isn't what FH is about, please don't try to compete with other "modern, generic shooters" as you will most certainly lose. This is an old mod for an old game, and despite the awesome quality and the hard work put into it it cannot compete with other modern shooters, as it's almost impossible for it to gather a wide audience now with BF 3 (and its expansions) knocking at the door.

I don't if its a good idea or not (just because on Ramelle you can rack up shitton of points doesn't meant it as to be removed) BUT here's an idea. Let play the game before complaining aiight?

If the devs were to go down that road, then you'd get points for everything!

Damn, is it still possible to shoot the driver ? I always liked to kill SdKfz 222 drivers while they were rushing... :D


One thing that worry me also is the fact that Cobra was already a heavy map in terms of memory and such, with the added vegetation and overall refresh I hope the resources to play it did not increased sky high  :-\

The Fiat 626 w/ 47/32, SdKfz 7 w/ Pak 38 or Pak 40 and the Bedford QLD w/ 6pdr are actually not portees or SP guns. They simply have a mobile AT gun on their back, which drives off the truck when you get in it.
I'm officially shitting bricks now.

I think they are going to be added on the Panzergrenadier models we have on Purple heart lane atm. Else I´m dissapointed.
