I just know that some other prick is going to read the article and think to him/herself 'fuck yeah! Thats a great idea!' and this type of thing will spread. It won't stop at banning lunches either, the brain-dead nit-wits will try to ban other things as well such as books brought from home, school supplies brought from home (if you want that luxury, you must buy it/ rent it from the school), and laptop computers brought from home. This policy has been in place for 6 years and it hasn't caught the attention of the ACLU? What the hell!?

I'd like the principal to eat the schools food for two straight years. Without being able to get it specially done, or cooked seperately. At my highschool, the cafetieria food tastes horrible, its gotten to such a point, that only the special ed kids and a few freshman eat it

Edit:// However, when I was a boy here in germany we went home at 1:15PM. No need for cafeteria food. After 11th grade we had school until 3:00PM sometimes. However, I was happy then with open rolls.

Cafeteria food ftl. I almost barfed when I ate there last (and the only) time. I'd rather eat Cheeseburgers or some other crap from McDonald's (and I hate McDonald's) than that pile of shit they serve there. It really is a crime against humanity.

Funny thing: mum of a friend of mine pays for the food there, yet he still goes, almost never finishes it (sometimes he doesn't even touch it) and buys a hot dog or something. And he did tell her he wouldn't be eating in that bloody cafeteria.

Haha, this is so funny, i loved the school cafeteria food, we had pizza, lasagne, spaghetti, french fries with a whole assortment of meats like steak, stew, frikadellen, bitterballen, kroketten, a nice weekly menu, salads, freshly made sandwiches,... it was basicly a restaurant. and that for under 5 euro a meal.

Still, a shit move to make, since when can't you eat what you want for lunch. Seriously.

If they would actually serve healthy food it could be beneficial for the kids. I do believe most of the parents who have to work early and don't have the time, mindset or energy give their kids pre made lunches, full of sugars and other crap.

Jamie Oliver did a serie on Lunches served in schools in the UK. It was al fried, nothing fresh made and looked like something that came at of a dog's rear end.

After a few weeks of eating healthy food, which had less sugars in it, the kids had the added benefit that they weren't that hyped all the time, could focus better during the classes.
