Where can I find maps such as PMC Midway?

Where can I find maps such as PMC Midway? FH 2 launcher doesn't install them. I can't find links to any mappacks whatsoever. Could you please help me?

Where can I find the Community Content Updater file? It doesn't say. It's not in the Launcher's Options. It can't be launched as FH2Updater.exe in the bin folder.

Update: Ah, it's in the banner! Found it! Thanks!
