Looks like a awesome update. Has the M3 Lee/Grant 37mm Cupola view been fixed?
I'm not about the Grant, but on the Lee the turret has normal and gunsight cameras like normal tanks (I think this is the case for the Lee turret's turret and for the Grant turret too).

Yer, both do. This was fixed quite early in the march to 2.45. Even the top mg on the Lee has an alternate view.

Do the Germans already have Mg42 on this new Africa map? And have the Shermans in Africa (only in Africa) been rebalaced?
I jsut checked it again offline with a Panzer III J early you need 3 shots Panzergranate 40 (!) to the front of a Sherman to kill it.
With a Panzer III J late you need 2 shots Panzergranate 40 (!) to front of a Sherman to kill it.

Also with a Panzer IV F2 you need two shots with regular ammo besides very(!) close ranges, also to a Sherman to the front. A Sherman on the other hand con alwasy one-shot you.

An other thing that keeps bothering me is the blocked freelook to the rear in Pnazer IVs and Panzer III J early by the commander cupola.

If it was mentioned in the news update I must have missed it so I have to ask, is a passworded torrent of the release coming out today? Nice to have it already on our hard drives and ready to install come release time/day.

A nice clear presentable changelog needs to be made. All there is at the moment is the automatically generated changelog, which contains over a 1200 changes in chronological order, with significant changes like the addition of new maps, but also insignificant changes like the optimization of the LODs of some model. Important changes are also missing from it, it contains spelling errors and there is no consistency in the use of language between developers.

But might be I have some time tomorrow to take a look at it.

Thanks Bizzaro Dreamcrusher!

Changelog won't be until tomorrow I'm afraid.  Unsure if passworded preload files will be ready for today, but I may be able to sneak a Part 3 in later this evening.

Probably a lot, hope we at least see torrent downloads like in the previous patches, this would allow instant action as soon as possible on friday..

Have you got part 3 set up?
I'm interested to see what's in it.  :D
You are bathing in misery and hope, waiting for someone to come and pull the plug.
