Honestly, I don't care for JP4 (it ended with  TLW for me), but such rape of this franchise would be a bridge to far.

yeah, i dont know, those creatures are suppose to be what dinosaurs migh ended looking like if they didnt became extinct, and they look freaking cool!. I kinda want to know how those things came to life, my inner child always wondered how the world would be rulled by dinosaurs

That was concept art for Monahan's and Sayles' version of the JP4, which was cancelled. The real Spielberg version has just normal dinosaurs.
