Friday, June 9 , 19GMT , the map Argentan will be played.

The international army boundary arbitrarily divided the British and American battlefields just beyond Argentan, on the Falaise side of it.
Patton's troops, who thought they had the mission of closing the gap, took Argentan in their stride and crossed the international boundary without stopping.

"During World War II, the city was almost totally destroyed. On 5 June 1944, on the eve of the Allied D-Day landing on the beaches of Normandy, the city suffered an important air raid in which the train station was destroyed. The city suffered further damage when it was bombed on 6 and 7 June by B-17 and B-24 bombers of the U.S. Eighth Air Force. The greatest part of the city was, however, left in ruins two and half months later, at the end of August, during the battle of the Argentan-Falaise Pocket. The U.S. Third Army, under the command of general George S. Patton liberated Argentan after eight days of violent combat against the German 9th Panzer Division and the 2nd SS Panzer Division Das Reich. The U.S. 80th Infantry Division liberated the city in the morning of 20 August. The city was burning.."

Argentan is one of the best CMP maps. However I am not a tournament kinda guy. Sorry!
That other thread failed miserably and if you try to spam or flame here, I will break your arms.
FH2 won't be the last FH. ;)

TODAY , June 16 , 19GMT , the map Operation Greif will be played.

Operation Greif was a special false flag operation commanded by
Waffen-SS commando Otto Skorzeny during the Battle of the Bulge in World War II.

"The operation was the brainchild of Adolf Hitler, and its purpose was to capture one or more of the bridges over the Meuse river before they could be destroyed. German soldiers, wearing captured British and US Army uniforms and using captured Allied vehicles, were to cause confusion in the rear of the Allied lines. A lack of vehicles, uniforms, and equipment limited the operation and it never achieved its original aim of securing the Meuse bridges. Skorzeny's postwar trial set a precedent clarifying article 4 of the Geneva Convention: as the German soldiers removed the Allied uniforms before engaging in combat, they were not to be considered franc-tireurs."

FRIDAY , June 23rd , 19GMT , the map Battle of Metz will be played.

The Battle of Metz was a battle fought during World War II at the city of Metz, France, from late September 1944 through mid-December between the United States Army and the German Army.

"The Battle of Metz was a battle waged between American and German forces in late 1944. The battle occurred in the town of Metz in France and lasted about three months. The battle began on September 18th and ended on December 13th. Being between a fortress city between France and Germany, Metz was a strategic hub of military traffic. For centuries, Metz had been a city of fortification, with the first structures being put in place during Roman times. More recently, France had constructed many new forts just prior to the Franco-Prussian War. However, many of these forts, guns, and defensive structures were disassembled or removed by occupying German forces following the Invasion of France.

Regardless, the core fortifications still remained by the time of the battle, creating huge casualties for the attacking Americans, but it would not be without inflicting similar casualties on the German defenders. "
