Less microlag/stutter & FPS drops easy Solution

Change power plan "High performance"
'Audio Processing' profile will run every cpu state at 100%
Monitoring with DPC latency checker and LatencyMon in video to show impact on system latency

This 'Audio Processing' profile disables processor idle states, processor throttling, core parking and Turbo Boost. You can go to the Power Options and deselect this profile at any time, if you want to use your computer as a low power media-server, for instance.  Then, before (or while) running Studio One, select the 'Audio Processing' profile, and all is well.

To see the results of this power profile in action, open the Task Manager and view Performance, switching back and forth from the Audio Processing profile and any other. If this power profile has any negative impact on your system, simply switch to another profile. There are no permanent changes made to your system with this profile.

If pc is super new you may get less notice able effect
When recording in game video with nvidia shadowplay my videos have less micro lag/stutter
This will make cpu use a little more Watt = higher fan rpm, but shouldnt be a problem unless pc is overclocked too much :-)

I have used this power profile when gaming and doing audio work for years and tried it with both win 7 & 10

Happy weekend
Increase the overall realtime experience in Forgotten Hope 2 :-)

So this will boost your comp a little? For FH2 I just need in Power settings put Audio Processing?
P.S. Studio one is some other program?
Floppy Wardisc or Floppy Wierdbear

yep. It will maximize cpu bandwith instead of clocking up/down (time consuming) to save power
= lower/better overall system latency

mouse feeling/experience, keyboard feeling/experience, internet connection

Not every user/gamer will feel any or a big difference. Its possible to change power profile back to High performance at any time

Studio One is a digital audio workstation
