well, here's the thing....i'm on the Beta team and haven't got the faintest idea what they are up to....

also, it's to dangerous for me to speculate 

Black Helicopters have been on standby for a week now, they are getting edgy and just looking for any excuse to make a pick up...

i do have a feeling the annnouncement may be a little bigger than you are proposing though...

We get an ingame 'Coming Soon The Bulge' popup for 10 months?

Or better yet, the next theaters would be the bulge and at least one map from the eastern front, with the first bulge map shown and maybe some bulge equipment or vehicle. Or snow skins for American or German units :-D
