a sensible suggestion? in my opinion yes!

almost all needed ingredients are already ingame. all thats missing are some jetplanes (already supported by the BF2 engine) and the twin-bofors aaa-tank.

alpenfestung was one of FH1s fav maps, and i strongly believe that a refined FH2 remake would please the FH1 veterans, while giving the FH2 players something completely new.

i see benefits in almost all ways:

- an extra fictional-war-scenario without a very big effort.
- the FH-veterans will be very pleased.
- if the map is only somewhat like the known FH2 standard, it will be epic.
- that special easter-egg, but try to include usable weapons.
