Why try to run BF2 1.41? Please install all patches first, then try to run it. If it doesn't work, your BF2 is borked. Do you have a genuine BF2 copy with an unused cd key?

Bf2 (working ) , patch 1,41 (bf2 not working ) , did not dwln patch 1,5 affter that

If you have downloaded BF2, it is very well possible that something doesn't work somewhere along the way of patching up.

Safest way is to buy BF2, it costs a few cents on amazon. Then you get your own cd-key (with downloaded games you have 99% chance of the "cd-key already in use" error), and everything will be genuine.

What that means?Did you installed patch 1.5?? I have torrent bf2 patched it and added fh2 and everything is good. Only sometimes I get "Your cd key is invalid"

I played for a while on BF2 patched to 1.5 downloaded from torrents ages ago (I mean, there was a torrent of a copy of BF2 already patched to 1.5) If everything else failed just try to download that one, you can use your original CD-key with it (if you have one) and it should work on mutliplayer without any problems. I only found it to be less stable than normal installation (it crashed to desktop few times) but it could a coincidence.

Yes I think thats my FH2/BF2 problem. It is downloaded from torrent so sometimes it just crashes to destop.

You dont need original CD key!!!!!!Just enter in google: "BF2 CD key invalid" and you will find how to change your CD key. I do that when I get Your CD key invalid.
